Additionally, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) provides an outreach service on Mondays for people aged 60 or over. This service offers advice on benefit eligibiity and help with completing claim forms for people who cannot do it themselves. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) provides an outreach service on Friday mornings to complete benefit claim forms for people who are aged 60 or over, cannot do it themselves or claim by phone and has nobody to do it for them. To make an appointment, call the Pension Service on 0845 60 60 265 or visit any Customer Service Centre, where an officer can arrange for the Pension Service to contact you.
