confirm some of the details you have given, for example proof of
income and savings.
We will need to see original documents rather than
copies.
If you cannot get the documents we need straightaway, do not worry.
Send the form to us but let us know you will be sending the
documents later. If you do not send the form to us straightaway you
may lose money. If you cannot get the documents we need let us
