What we do
There are eight centres located at
key shopping areas within the borough to provide easy access to all
council services under one roof.
We offer comprehensive advice and information on all
council and some non-council services.
As a front line service we deal with all council enquiries, which

By dealing with all enquiries under one roof we have removed the
inconvenience of travelling to different offices for our customers.
In doing this we achieve Newham's aim of providing accessible
services to 'all' its residents.
