If so, you can help us shape the
new Children's Workforce Strategy by taking part in our
consultation.
You may work for the council; in a school, nursery or
after school club; in social services or as a foster carer; or you
may come into contact with children and young people in sports and
leisure settings.
Even if your role does not involve direct contact with children,
maybe because you have an administrative job, we want to hear from
you.
The Children's Workforce Strategy has been drafted though internal
consultation, but we now need to get a broader cross section of
views on how it should be shaped by those who work with children
and young people in Newham.
We are inviting you to complete a questionnaire. Please answer as
many questions that you can, but do not worry if you do not feel
that you can give an answer to some questions, if maybe they are
not relevant in your work setting. Conversely if you would like to
elaborate more, you are more than welcome to add additional
comments at the end of each question.
