Storytelling at a Newham library

Story and rhyme time sessions are run once a week in all of our libraries.

These sessions aim to encourage parents and carers to read together with their children and it aims to raise literacy levels in the borough. The sessions are an hour long, where we offer interactive storytelling using props to bring books alive, read stories and sing nursery rhymes together with parents, carers and their children.
