Newham Flames Handball Club run a number of sessions
for different ages.
Under 10s, Under 13s , Under 15s every Tuesday 3.30pm - 5pm at
Newham Leisure centre Indoor Hub.
16+ Every Friday 6pm - 8pm at Newham Leisure Centre Indoor
