Newham's Active Centres are an excellent opportunity to get active and make new friends. Why not come and have a cup of tea and a natter while you enjoy some of the free sessions on offer.

To be active is to be involved in life, to make friends and try new activities - Newham Council provides all these things for free at it's Active Centres - so come along and try something new.
