Homes supplied by local
authorities and affordable housing providers at a subsidised
rent.
Social rented housing may also include rented housing
owned and managed by other persons and provided under equivalent
rental arrangements. These rental arrangements are agreed with the
local council or with the Housing Corporation as a condition of
grant.
Am I eligible?
Normally only households on
local authority and Registered Social Landlords (RSL) registers are
eligible.
How do I apply?

Choice Homes Housing Registration Form
At present there are 38 housing associations with housing stock in
Newham. They currently manage over 12,000 rented homes and house at
least twice that many people.
