Allocations
The Council's main allocation
scheme is a 'choice based' scheme.
Available properties are advertised on a weekly basis
in the Choice Homes magazine (available at Local Service Centres
and local libraries) and the
East
London Lettings Company (ELLC) website. You can also find
further information about the process on this website. The ELLC
manage the advertising process on behalf of the Council.
The scheme is open to applicants on the Housing Register who are
eligible to 'bid' (apply) for properties advertised under the
scheme. If you would like to apply to go on our Housing Register,
