What if I am unhappy
with the way I have been dealt with?
We are not always able to help in
the way you would like. If you feel that you have been dealt with
incorrectly or unfairly, you should contact a Local Service Centre
or the Telephone Contact Centre and ask for details of the
Council's complaints procedure.
A Senior Officer from the Lettings Agency will look at
your complaint and you will get a written reply. If you are still
unhappy with the response you receive, you can ask for your case to
be reviewed by the Complaints and Customer Care Manager.
Certain decisions can also attract the
right to a statutory review and this will be notified to you at
the time of the decision.
