Annual Report for Council Housing

From 2010 the government now requires all social landlords to provide an annual report for tenants that show how landlords are meeting a set of new national standards.

These new standards have been introduced by the social housing regulator, the Tenant Standards Authority (TSA). The standards that apply to local authorities are set out in the table below.
