Sheltered Housing with Newham Housing
Services
Sheltered Housing offers older people their own flat in a community
environment, which is friendly and secure, and where their support
needs are met by staff on-site.
Sheltered Housing with Housing
Associations (pdf file 25k)
These Housing Associations offer services for older people. Some of
the accommodation is restricted to those people who may have
special needs for supported services. Others do not use our choice
based lettings services.

Seaside and Country Homes
This scheme is for couples or single people, where the eldest
member is at least 60 years of age who want to out of London to
selected coastal or country areas.
Home Improvement Agency
The Newham Home Improvement Agency assists older and disabled
people who live in private sector housing. It offers confidential
advice, support and assistance that you are free to accept or
reject.
