We aim to provide excellent
customer service and have developed these service standards in
consultation with the public. The standards describe what we do and
the level of customer service you should expect from us.
Home Improvement Agency
Assists specific groups of people with repairs and major adaptions
to their homes.
Housing Options Centre (HOC)
Provides advice
and support to help you if you are at risk of losing your
home.
Lettings Agency
Processes
your application for council housing and offers of
accommodation.
Private Sector Housing Group
Protects the health, safety and welfare of Newham residents renting
privately, or with a registered social landlord.
Temporary Accommodation Service
Temporary accommodation is used by the Council to house people in
the short-term, or until permanent accommodation is secured. The
Temporary Accommodation Services assists in this process.
