The Temporary Accommodation Rent Service and Former Tenants Arrears team are here to help you if you have any difficulties paying your rent. If you wish to report a repair you should contact your Managing Agent.

If your enquiry is about your rent and how to pay your rent please contact the Rent Service Team. If your enquiry is about your former arrears or how to pay your former tenant arrears please contact the Former Tenant Arrears Team.

The Rents Team have drop in sessions
:
  • Monday and Tuesday 1pm to 4 pm at Stratford Local Service Centre, 112 - 118 The Grove, E15 1NS. Map
  • Thursday 9 am to 4 pm and Friday 9 am to 12 pm at Bridge House. Map
