You must keep us informed about any changes in the information or circumstances which you have given to us.

If you are not sure if you need to tell us something, please speak to your Assessment officer, who will be able to advise you. We suggest you take the view that it's better to tell us if you are not sure. You will need to give us evidence of any changes, for example, the birth certificate of a new baby as part of your household.

If the medical circumstances of yourself or a member of your household changes, and you believe it will affect your housing situation e.g. ability to climb stairs; then you should let us know as soon as possible. You will need to give us supporting evidence of any change in your medical circumstances. You will need to complete a medical assessment form which can be obtained from the Housing Options Centre.

It is important that you let us know as it may affect the kind of accommodation that you occupy or your homelessness application. It may also affect your Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit entitlement.

You need to fill in a change of circumstances form which you can get from the Housing Options Centre.
