Our handyperson will not do jobs that are the responsibility of your landlord.
If you are an elderly or disabled homeowner and you need help with larger repairs, the Home Improvement Agency may be able to help you. Disabled residents can also be helped with major adaptations to their home.

Results from the 2010-11 handyperson scheme customer satisfaction survey

  • 96% of respondents stated that the handyperson arrived at an agreed time
  • When asked about how they would rate the quality of the work carried out, 81% of those surveyed rated "excellent" or "good"
  • 100% of those surveyed agreed that the handyperson was polite and considerate whilst carrying out the work.
  • 83% of respondents felt that the work carried out by the handyperson made it easier for them to live at home.
