This document sets out Newham's Private Sector Housing Enforcement
policy. It explains how the London Borough of Newham as a Local
Housing Authority aims to deliver some key aims and objectives set
out in the Private Sector Housing Strategy.
The policy applies to those enforcement functions
administered by the Council's Private Sector Housing Team.
