Forest Gate PFI
Consultation
The Council has chosen Swan
Housing Group as the potential PFI contractor for the Forest Gate
PFI.
A number of residents from the Forest Gate PFI Residents'
Steering Group (RSG) were closely involved in the selection
process.
We are now settling the legal and financial details with Swan
Housing Group. If these negotiations come to a successful
conclusion we aim to sign the contract by March 2008 and start work
in April 2008.
Swan Housing Group will be undertaking the housing management
and estate services work directly, they will subcontract the
refurbishment work to Higgins Construction and the repair work to
Axis Europe. Royal Bank of Scotland is the funder.
Tenants and leaseholders have been sent an information pack,
which includes the following documents:
