I have a problem with
my neighbours, what can I do?
Everybody has the right to live
safely and peacefully in their home. If you are experiencing
problems with your neighbours, the following steps are recommended
to resolve your problems.
Step 1. First talk to the person or
company responsible. You may find that the problem can be resolved
easily.
Step 2. If you feel threatened or the person has
acted aggressively towards you, you can use a mediation service,
where an independent third party helps to produce an agreement. It
is another possible way to find a solution.
