We istened to your views on our
plans to license all private rented properties in Newham. As a
result of your feedback, we then adapted our formal proposals to
introduce rented property licensing across Newham and consulted on
this. The consultation closed on Monday 30 April 2012.

We need to know what you think of these proposals aimed at
tackling anti-social behaviour and poor management of properties
owned by landlords who do not operate in a professional way and
fail to comply with the law.
