How to pay your
business rates
The many ways you can pay your
business rates in Newham.
Direct
Debit
Direct Debit is an easy, convenient way to make sure your business
rate bill is paid on time without you having to worry about a
thing. Direct Debit is the only payment method which gives you the
option to have instalments through to March each year and a choice
of four monthly payment dates.
Setting up a Direct Debit is simple:
Standing Order
Present your bank with the bank details on the back of your bill
with the instalments provided for payment.
Credit/Debit
card
Please telephone 020 8430 2000 and select option 3 for payments.
You will be connected to our 24 hour automated telephone payment
service.
Online
Select the NNDR option on our
online payments form which will connect you
to our payments service. Using your credit/debit card you can
pay your business rate bill.
Through your bank's telephone or
internet banking service
When paying this way, please ensure that you quote Sort Code
30-00-02, Account number 00879113 and your own business rate
reference (shown on the front of your business rate bill).
By post
Send your cheque to Cash Control, 4th Floor East
Wing, Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road, London, E16 2QU. Please
write your account number, name and property address on the back of
the cheque.
