Community Services
Team
The Community Services Team
provide legal advice and conduct legal proceedings on behalf of
Adult Services.
They also deal with a number of aspects of legal work
arising from Children and Young People Services. The majority of
the work relates to the care of children, but also includes matters
relating to the Mental Health and issues concerned with Community
Care legislation.
There are ten fee-earners in the team and two members of staff
who provide Paralegal support.
