You will understand the complexities of collaborative
and partnership working and have the skills and experience to
negotiate on behalf of the Council.
You could come from either the public or private sector. What is
more important to us is that you can demonstrate a strong track
record of success in regeneration, physical development or project
management and want to be part of our new team. Above all I need
people who can deliver.
Some roles require you to be RICS qualified and others require a
professional qualification in project management, civil engineering
or a similar discipline.
