Official opening of
Rick Roberts Way
Mayor of Newham, Sir Robin Wales,
recently opened One Housing Group's Rick Roberts Way development, a
new £49 million flagship mixed tenure scheme which will provide a
range of affordable homes in Stratford in the lead up to the
Olympics.
Rick Roberts Way creates an attractive contemporary
development which delivers a total of 173 properties comprising of
37 affordable rented, 111 private sale and 25 shared ownership
homes. The scheme also features seven commercial units, private
landscaped gardens and a children's play area, which all contribute
to creating a diverse yet sustainable community.
