break

Five of Newham Council's car parks have recently been awarded the 'Park Mark' award for safer parking.

'Park Mark' is an award given by the Police to car parks that have achieved the standards of the 'Safer Parking Scheme'. This scheme is designed to reduce crime and the fear of crime in car parks.

These car parks have been assessed by the Police and have measures in place that deter criminal activity and create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.

Settle Point (Plaistow), Madge Gill and St. John's West (East Ham) have been given the award. Stratford Multi-Storey and Shaftesbury Road, have had their awards renewed.
