Buy your visitor parking vouchers online

Residents living within a resident parking zones (RPZ) can now apply for visitor vouchers online by logging onto My Newham from any location with internet access - including all libraries in the borough.

Residents living within a resident parking zones (RPZ) can now apply for visitor vouchers online by logging onto My Newham from any location with internet access - including all libraries in the borough.

The system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week meaning you can purchase vouchers at a time that is convenient to you. You will need to apply 10 days in advance of when you need your vouchers and the on-line system will help you to manage your monthly supply.

You must first register with My Newham before you are able to purchase visitor vouchers. Visit https://my.newham.gov.uk to register your details - name, email address and place of residence. Once you have registered, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link. Click the link to activate your account.

If you do not have an email address, you will need to set one up. Library staff can offer help and guidance in setting up an email address. Visit our library pages to find your local library.

Four easy steps to purchasing visitor vouchers

1. Log in
Visit https://my.newham.gov.uk and enter your email address and password to log in.

2. Apply for it
A number of service options will appear on the right hand side menu. Select 'Apply For It'. This will reveal a list of services we offer. Please Select Parking Permit - Visitors

3. Parking Permit - Visitors
Read and follow the directions on the page. The number of visitor cards each household can purchase is 40 cards per calendar month.

4. Make a payment
You can pay for your purchase by using a credit or debit card. Once you have submitted and paid for your vouchers, they will be dispatched and sent to your home address within 10 working days.

We want to make Newham services as accessible as possible, and this is just the latest of new initiatives we will be announcing over the next few months to bring even more services to customers online.
