Upcoming changes to Parking Services in Newham

In January 2012, the council will launch a new online service for the purchase of visitor vouchers.

By logging onto https://my.newham.gov.uk from the comfort of your own home - or anywhere with internet access including Newham's libraries - residents living within a resident parking zones (RPZ) will be able to apply for visitor vouchers online. Vouchers will then be sent to you in the post.

Resident Parking Permits

A new online service will launch in April 2012 for residents to apply for a residents parking permit. Paper documents to support your application will have to be scanned, uploaded and sent online. Once the application has been received and processed, the permit will be sent out in the post.

By providing an online service, you will have free and easy access to services 24/7, 365 days a year.

Other application methods will include:

• Postal application
  You will have to send a photocopy of your original documents by post. Once received and processed, you will receive your permit in the post.
  
• Application in person
  In the future, if you would like to access our fast track face to face service, and receive a permit on the day of your visit to a Local Service Centre, there will be an administration charge.
