motorists
There are some simple rules to
remember when driving in winter conditions.
- Keep all lights clean and in working order
- Check screen washers and wipers
- Make sure you have antifreeze in your radiator
- Keep windows clean on the inside and outside
- De-ice and clean all mirrors
- Inflate tyres to the correct pressure and ensure that there is
plenty of tread
- Check the weather forecast before you set off
- Remember extra caution is needed when driving in bad weather so
keep your distance
