permits
Resident access permits are
available to residents who live in an area that has restricted
access. They entitle the holder to drive in to the area while
restrictions are in force.
Resident access permits are free.
Download a copy of the
Resident Access Permit Application Form (pdf). The application
form can be completed on your computer before you print it but
please ensure you sign it by hand before submitting it.
