Where to apply for parking and access permits

Please note that the Parking Shop in East Ham is now closed. You can apply for most permits in person at any Local Service Centre or by post.

Please be aware that for most permit applications you are required to supply original documentation (see type of permit for details).

The council therefore recommends that you send your application by recorded delivery if you are applying by post. Original documents supplied with your application will be returned to you via recorded delivery. For information about each permit and an application form, please see the links below:

You can apply for a permit in most of the council's local service centres. For full addresses and opening hours visit the Local Service Centre section of the website. Please note that cash payments are only accepted in the East Ham, Manor Park and Stratford local service centres. Docklands local service centre does not issue permits.

By post

Postal applications must be paid for by cheque or postal order made payable to 'London Borough of Newham'.
