Adult Services and Children &Young People's Services agree whether you are eligible for a transport service being provided and Passenger transport Services are the actual providers of the transport service

If you are unable to use the service due to sickness or going away on holiday If you want to query where the bus is

When should I expect Passenger Transport Services to contact me?

If we are late we will text you if you have a mobile number or we will phone you Your driver will tell you if we have to change the times we pick you up.
