How do I pay my
Penalty Charge Notice?
You can pay your Penalty Charge
Notice (PCN) in a number of different ways. Please note that the
Parking Shop is now closed.
If you wish to challenge the PCN please do not make
payment. Receipt of payment will be considered as admission of
liability and the case will be closed.
You can pay:

By Automated
Telephone Service (24 hours a day, 7 days a
week)
Call
020 8430 2000 and select option two, option two
again and then option six.
By Telephone to an Operator (Monday - Friday, 8am -
8pm)

Post
Do NOT send cash in the post.
Make your cheque, postal order or bankers draft payable to 'London
Borough of Newham'. Ensure you enclose the
original PCN or write the the PCN number and your vehicle
registration number on the back.
Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. Dishonoured cheques are
considered non-payment and may result in you having to pay an
increased amount.

You can pay your penalty charge in one of the council's Local
Service Centres. For full addresses and opening hours visit the
Local Service Centre section of the website. Please note that
cash payments are only accepted in the East Ham, Manor Park and
Stratford local service centres.
