Under the Stars 2010 - Newham Summertime Proms

The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra brought the four day event to a close with a performance of excerpts from epic film scores such as Star Wars, E.T. and Superman, a selection of opera favourites and a Last Night of the Proms themed finale.

The evening also featured the Barnsley Building Society Brass Band and young musicians from the Newham Academy of Music, who alongside the RPCO performed the premiere of a piece of music they composed especially for Under the Stars.
