- Mechanical and Energy Services, within Newham Council's Design
Services, manage the design, procurement and contract management
service for hot and cold water, heating, ventilation and air
conditioning systems for new buildings and co-ordinate refurbished
and planned maintenance works in corporate and school
buildings.
