Annual Monitoring
Report
Since 2004 the Council has been
required to submit an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) assessing the
progress and effectiveness of its Local Development Framework at
the end of each year.
Until the Core Strategy is adopted, the policies
reported upon are those in the
Unitary Development Plan (2001) that were saved
in September 2007. The Annual Monitoring Report is also required to
monitor progress in producing new planning policy documents as laid
out in the Local Development Scheme.
