The Statutory
Register
The statutory register includes
Tree Preservation Orders, 106 Planning Agreements and Enforcement
or Stop Notices for any breaches of Planning Control.
We cannot give any advice by telephone or in person, as
advice can only be given by the Duty Planning Officer concerning
the nature of any entries.
A planning officer is available between 9am and 1pm, Monday to
Friday. Either telephone 0203 430 2000 (Ext: 38300) and ask for the
Duty Planning Officer or visit the Development Control reception on
the first floor of the Town Hall Annexe, 330-354 Barking Road,
London, E6 2RT.
