The PublicAccess website is an online service that allows you to view and search planning and building control applications being considered by London Borough of Newham and also some planning history.

Newham Council seeks to comply with all statutory requirements including the Data Protection Act (1998) in all its transactions. Information provided will be used for the purpose of processing applications and some of the information you provide will form part of the Public Register which we are required to publish by law. We will not display your telephone number, email address or signature (if applicable) to the public.

You can use the PublicAccess website to search for planning, building control and license applications, as well as submitting comments on an application:

To comment on a planning application, use the search facility to find the application you are interested in. Once you are in the application, there will be an option marked "Make a comment". Your comments will then be submitted, and the case officer notified automatically.
