What is adoption?
Adoption is a way of providing a new family for children who cannot be brought up by their own parents. It is a legal procedure in which parental responsibility is transferred to the adopters.

Once I have adopted what support will I get?
We can provide adoptive families, including the adopted child, with high quality advice, information, counselling and support in accessing services or benefits.
