Alcohol, Entertainment and Gambling Licences

We deal with a wide range of people and premises inc. the sale of alcohol, public entertainment, cinemas, theatres, small lotteries, gaming machines, premises used for gambling such as betting shops, bingo halls, amusement arcades and premises which sell hot food after 11pm. The enforcement of licensed activities and of licence conditions is carried out by various enforcement teams inc. the Licensing Team and Noise Team who ensure complaints are dealt with quickly.

    The London Borough of Newham is responsible for the licensing of regulated activities under the Licensing Act 2003.
