Information for Residents and Interested Parties (Licensing Act 2003)

If a premises is applying for an altered licence in your area, you can have a say.

If you are a resident or local business owner and live within the vicinity of a premises applying for a new or altered Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate, you have the right to raise a representation (an objection).
