regulated activities under the Licensing Act 2003.

For premises that provide alcohol, regulated entertainment or
hot food and/or drink sold between 11pm and 5am.

For people who sell or provide alcohol at licensed

For occasional small events (no more that 499 people) to licence
any regulated activity. A minimum of 10 working days notice is
required (this excludes the day of receipt and day of
event).

For interested parties experiencing problems with licensed
premises in relation to the four licensing objectives.

If a premises is applying for an altered licence in your area,
you can have a say.

Our aim is to allow societies to raise money for charitable,
sports and other similar purposes other than private gain.

competitive activities in the open air where covered stands or
shelters are provided for more than 500 people must have a
certificate to operate.

People who want to use their premises for civil marriages must
be in possession of a licence which approves those
premises.

For premises that provide any regulated activity to members or
guests of a club.

For club premises that are intending to change any of their
existing permissions, hours, etc.

For those premises being built or carrying out major alterations
who intend to provide alcohol or any regulated activity (or hot
food and/or drink sold between 11pm - 5am).
