Alcohol, Entertainment and Gambling Licences

Premises Licence (Licensing Act 2003)

For premises that provide alcohol, regulated entertainment or hot food and/or drink sold between 11pm and 5am.

We would also strongly recommend that you read the following documents prior to completing the forms:

Please note that the Council will require two copies of the plans of the premises (scale of 1:100) to be submitted with the application.

Please contact the Licensing Team for an Offiical Premises Licence Application Notice, as this must be printed on blue paper:
