- Who is this service for?
- We offer our services to adults and older people in the borough
and work closely with the Community Mental Health Teams and the two
hospitals in the borough.
- How do I get referred for help?
- You can either call us on the main council number 020 8430 2000
or visit one of our local service centres and talk to a member of

- What sort of help or care do you
provide?
- Meals in the home, laundry service, residential care etc
- When will I be assessed?
- You will be assessed according to how urgent your case is but
we will try and start the assessment within 48 hours.
