We offer our services to adults and older people in the borough and work closely with the Community Mental Health Teams and the two hospitals in the borough.
How do I get referred for help?
You can either call us on the main council number 020 8430 2000 or visit one of our local service centres and talk to a member of staff. more...
What sort of help or care do you provide?
Meals in the home, laundry service, residential care etc
When will I be assessed?
You will be assessed according to how urgent your case is but we will try and start the assessment within 48 hours.
