Behavioural Support

The Behaviour Support Development and Advisory Team (BSDAT)

The Behaviour Support Development and Advisory Team (BSDAT) carries out a variety of work, including training and giving advice about individual pupils.
Priority is given to schools with imminent Ofsted inspections or those that have identified behaviour issues.

We collaborate with schools and borough initiatives
to develop ways of managing pupil behaviour by looking at the school as a whole as well as focussing on individual pupils.

We also work with schools to help pupils with particular emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. Our work is carried out closely with staff and senior management in schools in both a collaborative and advisory capacity.
