Building Control
Our Building Control service ensures that
buildings are constructed properly and in accordance with current
standards and regulations. This process involves the checking of
drawings, specifications and calculations prior to work commencing
and by site inspection of works in progress.
The principal aims of our Building Regulations are the health and
safety of people in and around buildings, conservation of fuel and
power and ensuring access and facilities for all
people.
