Supply Newham, Provided by Supply UK
Work is happening now to open up opportunities for small businesses to supply London's regeneration projects, including projects in Newham and the procurement of the Mayor of London's own organisations. You could be a part of it, but are you ready to
supply?

Supply Newham will be providing workshops that cover an overview of the entire process of tendering for contracts and understanding how your business may become part of a supply chain. A full and comprehensive workbook will be supplied to each participant detailing pre-qualification and policy writing.

The programme will also work with buyers, particularly those involved with the regeneration projects which are happening locally, building a bridge between local suppliers and local buyers.

Business Online, Provided by Imaginist
Business Online, formally known as KickStart, ensures local businesses get the best out of the public sector's move to e-procurement.

Business Online is an initiative to increase the number of Newham based businesses using modern internet trading methods; and to make other local businesses aware of the existence and benefits of the types of online trading available to them, and their
customers.

Business Online will help you set up your own simple to use e-commerce website, so you can start trading online. Customers will be able to find you, and do business with you, on the internet. Your business will also be able to take online orders, send invoices andtake payment electronically, cutting your costs.

That means more, and more profitable business:

  • With Newham Council and other councils
  • With other public sector organisations
  • With other businesses and the general public

Our build support team will help you develop your website, and provide technical support free of charge for one year.

This programme is funded by the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund and supported by the Newham Unit for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
