Pay & Display, 'Shared Use' or Resident's Bay and within any
car park in Newham.
'Shared Use' bays in
Controlled Parking
Zones are where vehicles can either display a permit or a Pay
& Display ticket.
Motorcylists must adhere to the time restrictions displayed on the
bay signs and cannot park in disabled bays.
