Walk 4 Health

Do you want to take the right steps to get fit and active? Walk 4 Health is a programme provided through Newham Fit Club that can help you get started on making a positive change to your health by walking everyday.

The programme helps you become more active through walking each day over a 6 or 12 week period.

Once you have signed up for Newham's Walk 4 Health programme you will receive:

  • The loan of a pedometer
  • Personalised lifestyle health assessment
  • Physical activity consultation and certificate of completion
  • Help and advice at one of our drop in clinics.
