Opened in 1983, Balaam Leisure Centre is
situated in the west of the borough, on the borders of Plaistow and
Canning Town. It is close to local shops and
housing.
Opening Hours
Monday-Thursday: 7.30am -10pm
Friday: 9am -10pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: 9am - 6.30pm
Transport
Tube: Canning Town on the Jubilee Line (0.75 miles),
Plaistow on the District Line (0.6 miles)

14 spaces, including 2 disabled spaces in the small car park at the
rear of the centre.
