Frequently asked questions concerning Young People's Services in Newham Libraries.
Can I use the internet for free?
Yes, it's free to use our computers, although there may be a small charge for printing - you can book in advance using the self-service booking system at your local library or book online.
Is it free to borrow items?
All books are free to borrow. There are small charges for the hire of CDs and DVDs, although some concessions are available. If you are under the age of 17, there are no charges or fines for late returns.
Can I return borrowed items to other libraries?
Yes, you can return books, DVDs, CDs, videos and talking books to any Newham library including the mobile library.
